PartnerOne EnviroMed

What is PartnerOne EnviroMed?

  • PartnerOne EnviroMed is a site specific pollution liability form offered through the Partner One Environmental program from Beacon Hill Associates, providing coverage for a variety of healthcare facilities.
  • PartnerOne EnviroMed coverage is offered by carriers rated "A" or better.
  • Available product enhancements include: First and third party coverage for scheduled storage tanks, first and third party Transportation Pollution Liability for medical waste, and off-site coverage for non-owned medical waste disposal sites.

Why is PartnerOne EnviroMed important?

  • Because PartnerOne EnviroMed is rated, quoted, bound, and issued via Beacon Hill's in-house PartnerOne Environmental program department, enabling us to offer fast turnarounds and excellent service.
  • Because coverage is tailored specifically for healthcare facilities and their exposures.
  • Because claims caused by a pollution condition arising from the Insured's premises may not be covered via the Insured's General Liability or Property coverage form.
  • Because coverage through the EnviroMed program starts at $500 for medical offices and $2,500 for hospitals, plus applicable taxes and fees.
